Monte Vista Elementary is a year round K-6 elementary school primarily serving residents of South Jordan City.  The school serves approximately 900 students and is part of the Jordan School District.  Students that attend Monte Vista Elementary go on to attend either South Jordan Middle School or Elk Ridge Middle School followed by Bingham High School.


Monte Vista  is a year-round school.  Students are divided into four tracks.  Each track is in school for 45 days followed by approximately 15 days of vacation.  All tracks have a common summer vacation in July.
